FAQs

Which pillow suits my sleeping position?

Side sleepers often need a firmer pillow, while back and stomach sleepers sleep better on a lower pillow.

What are the benefits of memory foam pillows?

Memory foam cushions shape the head and neck and offer good support for neck problems.

How often do you need to change a pillow?

On average, it is recommended to replace down pillows every 2 to 3 years. This is different for Memory Foam and Latex Pillows. These last longer, depending on the quality and the cushion, but think of 5-8 years.

Are latex pillows suitable for people with allergies?

Yes, latex pillows are naturally hypoallergenic and breathable.

Which material is best for a pillow?

This is usually entirely up to the person. The most classic way to sleep is on down. These cushions will eventually potholes and you will have to push them up and replace them more often. A latex pillow will last longer, but it will give you less of a feeling of collapsing. Memory foam pillows will also last longer and mold to the head.
